By using PDFConverterIndia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
The service
PDFConverterIndia provides tools to convert and edit files. On-device tools run entirely in your browser; server-side tools are performed on our infrastructure. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we may change these terms as our service evolves.
Your content
You keep every right you have in the files you convert. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to process a file for you on server-side tools, and we delete it afterwards. You are responsible for having the right to convert whatever you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to distribute malware, to convert content you have no right to convert, to infringe anyone’s copyright or privacy, to overload or attack our infrastructure, to attempt to bypass usage limits, or to misrepresent your identity.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Conversion output can differ between engines and file formats. Always keep a copy of your original file.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or files, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim, or one thousand Indian rupees.
Availability
We work to keep the service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, particularly for tools that are in beta.
Intellectual property
The name, design, code and content of this site belong to PDFConverterIndia. You may link to our pages freely. You may not copy the interface, scrape the site for bulk content, or rebrand our tools as your own without written permission.
Copyright and takedown
If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, write to legal@pdfconverterindia.com with the URL of the page, a description of the work you own and your contact details. We review claims, act on valid ones, and remove material that infringes the rights of others. We also honour takedown requests for content uploaded to our servers.
Third parties
We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to, or for the actions of anyone who uses the service. Links to other sites are provided for convenience.
Termination
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe the terms have been breached, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
